Boho Nature Shipping Policy

 

 

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of order. All orders are dispatched from Gold Coast QLD via Australia Post. 

 

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

Standard Post: 3-5 business days 

Express Post: 1-3 business days

 

However, Sometimes we experience delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are NOT a guarantee. 

 

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched except you choose shipping  by mail for toothbrush. You have no tracking number if so. (The most reasonable delivery option)

If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately. Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
